Harmonium

Enjoy the thrill of playing the harmonium, a reed organ with hand pumped bellows.

Though a western instrument by origin, it is popular in the whole of south Asia and has been adopted by several genres of Indian music.  An instrument well known for accompaniment of vocalist and other instruments and also used in group and devotional singing. It is being taught at SMV using the Carnatic system of music.
